Investment Policy Statement Development & Monitoring
We work closely with investment stewards to assess and identify investment goals and objectives to create an investment policy statement (IPS) consistent with the organization’s mission and time horizon. From there, we design a customized asset allocation strategy appropriate for the organization’s short and long-term needs, adjusting when necessary.
Specialized Investment Management Approach
NEPWA’s maintains a strategic, long-term approach to investing. When selecting investments, we consider factors including cost, liquidity and transparency and often incorporate both active and passive strategies to create a well-diversified portfolio. If deemed appropriate by the IPS, we may also allocate to alternative and private investments to provide additional, targeted exposure.
