Melissa joined NEPWA in 2006 as a Senior Financial Advisor, and she’s since grown to take on additional roles as NEPWA’s Chief Compliance Officer in 2012, and as President in 2023. Her work centers on delivering unbiased, fee-only guidance and maintaining a culture that prioritizes client interests.

Melissa values her talented and hardworking co-workers, the firm’s client-first philosophy, and the meaningful work-life balance at NEPWA. She also appreciates the long-term client relationships that she has developed over the years.

Melissa is originally from Lynnfield, MA. She graduated from Williams College and currently holds several professional certifications. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, a Chartered Financial Consultant®, and an Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional®.

Outside of work, Melissa and her husband have two teenage daughters, a dog, Georgia, and a pet tortoise. She enjoys coaching her daughters’ soccer and basketball teams, going on family ski trips, travel, morning walks for coffee, and baking.
