Matt oversees many of NEPWA’s operational functions and leads the implementation and management of technologies that support both clients and the team. He began at NEPWA as a Northeastern University co-op in 2006, later joining full-time and progressing through roles that included Senior Operations Associate and Director of Operations & Technology before becoming COO in 2023. His work centers on driving process improvements, strengthening cross-team collaboration, and creating a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Matt is originally from Marlborough, CT and attended Northeastern University for his undergraduate studies. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®.

He lives in West Roxbury with his girlfriend, Bridget, and their chiweenie, Henry, and enjoys travel, new experiences, boating, snowmobiling, and the outdoors.
