Lori joined NEPWA as a strategic operations advisor in the fall of 2025. She brings 15+ years of corporate leadership experience spanning client service, operations, marketing, and legal support – including service as Manager of Client Services at DHK Financial Advisors. At NEPWA she advises on client service processes and reporting to enhance the overall experience.

Lori values the NEWPA team’s excellent communication skills. She appreciates how quickly they solve problems while collaborating to build a positive, inclusive culture.

Lori is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she studied history at Denison University and received her paralegal degree from Boston University. She also holds several professional certificates in technology, including AI.

Outside the office, Lori is an avid hiker with wilderness certification, a rock climber and scuba diver. She enjoys martial arts, the visual arts, reading, writing, volunteer work supporting women’s shelters, and travel, especially when she can combine trips spending time with her grown children.
