David joined the NEPWA team in 2025 to lead its growth initiatives. He brings experience from strategy and distribution roles at John Hancock and Liberty Mutual. David also co-founded a technology company serving first responders after serving as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer for six and a half years.

His focus at NEPWA is aligning people, process, and opportunity to deliver an outstanding client experience. David values NEPWA’s collaborative culture and shared accountability.

David is originally from a suburb outside of Buffalo, NY. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in statistics and later completed his MBA at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

He and his wife, Heather, live in Boston’s Bay Village with their Boston terriers, Bodie and Ellie. He enjoys training at Invictus Boston, hosting dinner parties, hiking in Vermont and Maine, playing guitar, and cheering for Michigan and the New England Patriots.
