Cynthia joined NEPWA in September 2025 with the acquisition of DHK Financial Advisors, where she served as Director of Operations since 2011. Before DHK, she spent 23 years as Director of Investor Relations at Summit Partners. At NEPWA, she advises on operational excellence and cross-functional coordination.

Cynthia is originally from Quincy, MA, and she attended Lesley University in Cambridge for her undergraduate studies.

Cynthia and her husband, John, live in Bedford, NH with their dog, Milo. She enjoys yoga, Pilates, and travel.
